SearchBidAZForeclosures.com now allows our customers to search and filter all our available properties based on sale date and category of the property. The search box looks like the following: ![]() KeywordsThe first thing to notice in the search feature is the box where you can type in keywords. The keywords are meant as filters and should be used accordingly. Remember that Stella Lane is not the same as Stella Ln. and thus you'll have better search results if you use the keyword of "Stella". Keywords are applicable to the following:
Sale DateWe currently offer you two ways to search on the Sale Date of a property. You can either Search All properties regardless of date. You can also use Search Only in conjunction with Browse by Day to find all properties scheduled or re-scheduled on a specific date. You'll notice the Search Only date is in direct correlation to the current day you're browsing. Example: Here is a simple example to using both the Keywords and Sale Date functionalities. Let's say you want to see all Tempe properties two weeks from now.
![]() Category FilteringAll properties within our database are assigned a status. Even not having a category is still considered a category. You'll notice the following categories for which you can filter on.
By default, no categories are selected. If you search with not categories selected it's the same as selected all categories, everything is returned. Place check boxes in front of all categories if you wish to filter your results and only see auctions within those categories. Example: To expand on the example above. Let's say you want to find all auctions in Mesa that were sold or cancelled two weeks ago.
