Search

BidAZForeclosures.com now allows our customers to search and filter all our available properties based on sale date and category of the property. The search box looks like the following:

Keywords

The first thing to notice in the search feature is the box where you can type in keywords. The keywords are meant as filters and should be used accordingly. Remember that Stella Lane is not the same as Stella Ln. and thus you'll have better search results if you use the keyword of "Stella".

Keywords are applicable to the following:

  • Address
  • City
  • Zip
  • Year Built
  • TSNumber
  • Tax Parcel

Sale Date

We currently offer you two ways to search on the Sale Date of a property. You can either Search All properties regardless of date. You can also use Search Only in conjunction with Browse by Day to find all properties scheduled or re-scheduled on a specific date. You'll notice the Search Only date is in direct correlation to the current day you're browsing.

Example: Here is a simple example to using both the Keywords and Sale Date functionalities. Let's say you want to see all Tempe properties two weeks from now.

  1. Use the Browse by Day functionality to pick the day on the calendar two weeks in the future. Click Browse and you will see everything scheduled for that day.
  2. Put "Tempe" in the keywords box choose Search Only ??/??/???? (for whichever date you chose).
  3. Click Search and you will now see all Tempe properties scheduled to be auctioned that day.

Category Filtering

All properties within our database are assigned a status. Even not having a category is still considered a category. You'll notice the following categories for which you can filter on.

  • Sold: All properties sold on auction. Generally updated at the end of business the day they sold.
  • REO: Auctions returned to original owner and never auctioned.
  • Cancelled: Auctions that are canceled and never to go to auction.
  • Postponed: Auctions that were scheduled but have been postponed with no date given, see re-scheduled as well.
  • Rescheduled: Auctions that have been post poned, but a date has been given as to when they will be up for auction again.
  • Un-Categorized: All auctions who fall into none of these categories, you maybe find new properties as still yet un-categorized.

By default, no categories are selected. If you search with not categories selected it's the same as selected all categories, everything is returned. Place check boxes in front of all categories if you wish to filter your results and only see auctions within those categories.

Example: To expand on the example above. Let's say you want to find all auctions in Mesa that were sold or cancelled two weeks ago.

  1. Browse to a date two weeks in the past and then click Browse.
  2. Put Mesa in the keywords box and choose Search Only ??/??/????.
  3. Check the Sold and canceled categories
  4. Click Search for all properties in Mesa that were sold or canceled two weeks ago.
