Become a Bidder

If you are interested in bidding on a property we require the following:

You will need to place a Bid Deposit to receive the foreclosure listing information. Arizona Investors Alliance, LLC requires a $5,000.00 deposit. This deposit is used as earnest money for the property as required by the trustee. The deposit is only used in the event that the Investor is the successful bidder on a property. This deposit is fully refundable upon request by the Investor provided the funds have cleared and have not been previously committed to a purchase on behalf of said client. Deposit is non-refundable once deposit is committed to a purchase. All deposits are kept in a separate Arizona Investors Alliance, LLC deposit account.

Payment for all properties through trustee sale are due by noon the day following business day upon a successful bid. The Investor will be notified of the property purchase and payment instructions will be given shortly after the successful bid.

The Investor agrees that if for any reason the property purchase is not satisfied the Investor surrenders the $5,000.00 bid deposit to the trustee. Arizona Investors Alliance, LLC's fee $2,000.00 to $3,000.00 (Two Thousand to Three Thousand Dollars and No Cents) is due immediately by the investor in the event of non-payment. Investors who are unable to complete a transaction may, at the discretion of Arizona Investors Alliance, LLC, be removed from the list and not allowed to bid on future auctions.

Arizona Investors Alliance, LLC makes no expressed or implied warranty as to the condition of any property or title. Arizona Investors Alliance, LLC strongly encourages Client to seek professional assistance when investing in any type of real estate. Arizona Investors Alliance, LLC provides limited resources for Client to research real estate.

All information provided by Arizona Investors Alliance, LLC, verbal or printed, is confidential. Information is not to be copied, shared, or distributed to a third party without prior written approval from Arizona Investors Alliance, LLC. By acknowledging below, the Investor agrees that Arizona Investors Alliance, LLC is due a service fee in the event the Investor obtains a property on the list.

Once you agree to the terms of the agreement you will need to fill out our investor bid agreement and we will need the $5,000 deposit.

If you do not wish to come into our office you can mail a check and print the forms off the site. Once we receive the signed agreement and deposit check you will be notified that you can begin placing bids.
