Map a Property

After using the previous tutorials and learning how to search you will now be on your way to finding the auctions you are interested in. BidAZForeclosures.com maintains map data on many of our properties. If you'd like see where a property is located we provide the ability to map each property quickly and individually.

Mapping After Finding a Card

In the previous tutorials you learned how to find properties by searching the meta data surrounding a property. After finding properties you will see Property Cards returned with many details regarding the upcoming auction.

The data for an auction falls under three columns. The map involves the Address column. If BidAZForeclosures.com has map data for a property you will see Map It! to the right of Address:. Finding the location on the map is as simple as clicking that link. The map on the right hand side will auto-focus on this property's location.

Finding a Card from the Map

If you run a browse or a search and pull back a stack of Property Cards you can focus your attention to specific cards based upon their location. Using the controls on the top left and by clicking/dragging on the map you can move the view of the map to specific areas of town you're interested in investing.

You can focus your map view on any of the markers (as seen above) as they represent properties that BidAZForeclosures.com maintains map data on. Clicking on the marker will then focus the left side of the screen on the card associated to that marker. This allows you to visually match up the location with the Property Card.

Note: NOT ALL PROPERTIES WILL HAVE A MARKER, ONLY PROPERTIES WITH OUR MAP DATA. YOU MAY HAVE TO FIND YOUR PROPERTIES WITH YOUR OWN MAPPING SOFTWARE
